Meditation Instruction

Meditation is the best exercise for mind, body and spirit. Get connected with your spiritual side, reduce stress, activate your intuition and increase your creativity. These are some of the benefits of regular meditation. We offer both individual and group practice. The group is a place to relax and share, receive meditation instruction in traditional methods and guided meditations. Each week we will do a silent meditation and a different guided one. Whether you are just beginning or want to reconnect with a meditation practice, this is the group for you!
